流行性瘧原蟲快速檢測試紙? 本試劑盒主要是采用膠體金層析的原理制成,用于檢測人體血清/血漿/全血標(biāo)本中,感染的瘧原蟲抗體,包括了惡性瘧原蟲和間日瘧原蟲、卵形瘧原蟲、三日瘧原蟲共有抗原的鑒別性檢測。
人群易感性 人群對瘧疾普遍易感,感染后雖有一定的免疫力,但不持久,各型瘧疾之間亦無交叉免疫性,經(jīng)反復(fù)多次感染后,再感染時癥狀可較輕,甚至無癥狀,而一般非流行區(qū)來的外來人員常較易感染,且癥狀較重。

1 撕開檢測卡鋁箔袋,取出袋內(nèi)金標(biāo)卡。注意:不要讓袋內(nèi)材料暴露于高溫高濕環(huán)境,撕開鋁箔袋后盡快使用。
2將金標(biāo)卡平放在臺面上;并將病人名字和編號寫在標(biāo)簽上。
3 取5微升(吸管*刻度處)全血標(biāo)本,垂直加入金標(biāo)卡上“加樣孔A”內(nèi)。
4 掰斷裂解液瓶子蓋子上方的綠色圓頭,在“樣品孔B”上垂直滴加4滴裂解液。
5 在十五分鐘內(nèi)出結(jié)果。注意:必須在15分鐘內(nèi)判讀結(jié)果,如超時判斷,結(jié)果無效。
6 請遵循相關(guān)法規(guī),妥善處理樣本及廢棄材料。
7 存儲條件:2-30℃;

是典型的單位膜結(jié)構(gòu),厚約8~10nm,外側(cè)緊貼細(xì)胞壁,某些革蘭細(xì)菌性菌還具有細(xì)胞外膜。通常不形成內(nèi)膜系統(tǒng),除核糖體外,沒有其它類似真核細(xì)胞的細(xì)胞器,呼吸和光合作用的電子傳遞鏈位于細(xì)胞膜上。某些進(jìn)行光合作用的原核生物(藍(lán)細(xì)菌和紫細(xì)菌),質(zhì)膜內(nèi)褶形成結(jié)合有色素的內(nèi)膜,與捕光反應(yīng)有關(guān)。某些革蘭陽性細(xì)菌質(zhì)膜內(nèi)褶形成小管狀結(jié)構(gòu),稱為中膜體(mesosome)或間體,中膜體擴(kuò)大了細(xì)胞膜的表面積,提高了代謝效率,有擬線粒體(Chondroid)之稱,此外還可能與DNA的復(fù)制有關(guān)[1] 。
細(xì)胞質(zhì)與核質(zhì)體
細(xì)菌和其它原核生物一樣,只有擬核,沒有核膜,DNA集中在細(xì)胞質(zhì)中的低電子密度區(qū),稱核區(qū)或核質(zhì)體(nuclear body)。細(xì)菌一般具有1-4個核質(zhì)體,多的可達(dá)20余個。核質(zhì)體是環(huán)狀的雙鏈DNA分子,所含的遺傳信息量可編碼2000~3000種蛋白質(zhì),空間構(gòu)建十分精簡,沒有內(nèi)含子。由于沒有核膜,因此DNA的復(fù)制、RNA的轉(zhuǎn)錄與蛋白質(zhì)的合成可同時進(jìn)行,而不像真核細(xì)胞的這些生化反應(yīng)在時間和空間上是嚴(yán)格分隔開來的。
每個細(xì)菌細(xì)胞約含5000~50000個核糖體,部分附著在細(xì)胞膜內(nèi)側(cè),大部分游離于細(xì)胞質(zhì)中。細(xì)菌核糖體的沉降系數(shù)為70S,由大亞單位(50S)與小亞單位(30S)組成,大亞單位含有23SrRNA,5SrRNA與30多種蛋白質(zhì),小亞單位含有16SrRNA與20多種蛋白質(zhì)。30S的小亞單位對四環(huán)素與鏈霉素很敏感,50S的大亞單位對紅霉素與氯霉素很敏感。
細(xì)菌核區(qū)DNA以外的,可進(jìn)行自主復(fù)制的遺傳因子,稱為質(zhì)粒(plasmid)。質(zhì)粒是裸露的環(huán)狀雙鏈DNA分子,所含遺傳信息量為2~200個基因,能進(jìn)行自我復(fù)制,有時能整合到核DNA中去。質(zhì)粒DNA在遺傳工程研究中很重要,常用作基因重組與基因轉(zhuǎn)移的載體。
胞質(zhì)顆粒是細(xì)胞質(zhì)中的顆粒,起暫時貯存營養(yǎng)物質(zhì)的作用,包括多糖、脂類、多磷酸鹽等。[1]
